		Dom Coleman Position:Owner Manager of Sydney Harbour Escapes Responsibilities:Too Many! Qualifications and Experience:Coxwain- Master5, Australian Yachting Federation Instructor, Open Water Diving Qualifications. 22yrs Hotelier. Has been sailing with a passion since childhood, Completed many sailing trips in Australia, New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Greece, Spain and the Carribean,. Recently, bareboat sailed in Tonga and swam with humpback whales. Quirks:Too Many! Hates sand in food. Known by his friends to do everything to the MAX! A purveyor of fine Aussie sayings. Interests: Travelling, cooking, diving, anything outdoors.
		Amanda Townsend Position:Marketing and Creative Manager Responsibilities:Still Too Many! Qualifications and Experience:Fine Artist/Painter/Printmaker, Coordinator, Fine Arts Dept, North Coast Institute of TAFE, Artist and Marketing, Human Relations Dept, NSW Dept of Education, Business Owner, Experience bareboat sailing in Australia, Tonga and the Mediterranean. Currently part time drawing lecturer at NIDA, UNSW. Quirks:Married to Dom Coleman! Interests: Travelling, creative, bush, beach and water pursuits.
		Susannah Glass Position: Corporate Sales & Marketing Responsibilities: Corporate sales & marketing initiatives Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor of Business, RSA, administrative, hospitality and child care experience Quirks: Can always find room for dessert! Interests: Outdoor fun, loves the beach, dining out & travel
		Michellin Abu Quba Position:General Sales and Wedding Coordinator Responsibilities: Customer Service, General ofice administration, sales and bookings. Qualifications and Experience: Diploma in Sales and Marketing Tourism. 4 years experience working in charter boat and tourism industry. Quirks: Smily girl! She's a power house pocket rocket! Interests: Dancing, reading, soccer, movies and going out.
		Michelle Wiederman Position:Sales and reception Responsibilities: General administration, sales, marketing, meeting and greeting clients. Qualifications and Experience: Undergraduate Services Marketing degree, reception and customer service experience. Quirks: 100 phones lost and counting... Interests: Loves the movies, travelling, shopping, bad TV, League supporter.
		Joe Borg Position:General Deckhand and Boat Maintenance Person. Responsibilities:Customer service, boat briefings, cleaning, detailing, repairs, maintenance and occupational health and safety. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified handyman, boat building certificate. Has worked as a gardener, horticultural manager. Quirks: Bottomless stomach. Can fix anything! Has climbed 3 volcanoes, walked the Inca trail and canyoned through the Amazon! Interests: Interested in travel and all forms of outdoor activity
		Greg Locke Position: Skipper Responsibilities:Skippering & customer service. Qualifications and Experience:Coxwain, sailing experience includes Australian Eastern Coastline, Tonga, Lord Howe Island. Has done much world travel. Fitter and Turner, worked in the building and armour guard industries before the boat business.(Don't mess with this guy!) Quirks:Can bring a smile to any face. Interests:Travelling, Diving, Cruising, General Sports, Cannoning and Absailing.
		Richard Pearce Position: Skipper Responsibilities: Skippering, Boat Preparations, Customer service. Qualifications and Experience: Master 5 skipper, extensive sailing experience in Australian and international waters. Quirks: NEEDS a Coffee before a sail, has a quick wit, cheeky smile and heart of gold. Interests: Sailing, Sailing, Sailing
		Chris Harry Position:Skipper, power and sail. Responsibilities:General Skippering, corporate racing and teambuilding. Qualifications and Experience:Qualified Coxwain. An experienced boaty, Chris has worked with boats from the age of 12 yrs. He has worked with the Maritime Museum, NSW TAFE and has skippered NSW Maritime vessels during the Sydney Olympics. His international experience includes sailing in the Greek Islands and Turkey. Quirks: His nickname "Mr Happy" says everything! Interests: Photography; French classes, Chris loves nothing better than mucking around in all types of boats.
		Alan Price Position:Skipper Responsibilities:Skippering, Boat Preparations, Customer service. Qualifications and Experience:Coxwain, Yacht Owner Quirks:Loves a Party! Interests:Sailing, Sailing, Sailing
		Doug Dewey Position:Skipper Responsibilities:General Skippering, Corporate Racing Qualifications and Experience: Master 5 Skipper,has done much international sailing.SBS Accountant, TAFE Teacher Quirks:Lateral thinker-still working on how to cut out all paperwork! Interests: Sailing, Sailing, Sailing.
		Maximo Coleman Position:Most Likely Future Skipper Responsibilities:First mate duties, rope handling and rope shows. Don't be surprised if he wants to sail single handed! Qualifications and Experience:7 yrs boating experience, especially good at helming.Mini-me of Dom Quirks: Needs outdoor therapy to be sane. Interests: Boats, bike riding, skateboarding, footie cards.
		Marco Coleman Position:Possible Future Skipper Responsibilities:Making mischief and keeping everyone from getting too serious. Qualifications and Experience:6 yrs boating experience. Quirks: Can climb like a 6 yr old monkey. Interests: chocolate, chocolate, chocolate
