Length of charter
Minimum charter length is 4 hours. Extra time can be organised at an additional cost per hour.

Arrival at the wharf
We recommend that your party arrives at the wharf 30 minutes prior to your charter. The boats need to book into the wharves and have a limited time to pick up and drop off your guests.

Preferred pick up and drop off locations
King Street Wharf

Multiple pick up and drop offs
We do not recommend multiple pick up and drop offs as this can waste a considerable amount of your charter time. Instead, we are happy to supply you with a water taxi contact number that can deliver or pick up guests at their convenience.

Presentation facilities on board
Already on board is a PA system and an elevated stage area. There is 240v 3 phase power on board. Additional audio visual equipment can be arranged on request.

Entertainment options
There is a CD system on board and this boat has a recommended DJ that we can organise for you. Other options include live music, themed parties and table based team challenges.

BYO options
This boat does not allow BYO food or drinks.

What to bring
This boat has air conditioning and heaters. If you plan on spending time on the upper deck during your charter we recommend that your guests dress for the season (i.e. sunscreen and a hat in summer, a warm jacket in winter). Bring your own CDs if you have not booked a DJ.

Booking and Payment
We require a 50% deposit to lock the date for you. Once we have received the deposit payment, we will generate a contract for you with all your details. 2 weeks prior to the charter date we require the balance of the payment. 4 working days prior to the charter date, we require final numbers and the payment for the catering. If you are taking the consumption bar option, we require payment within 5 working days of the charter.

Hi Michelle, Our wedding night on The Pontoon couldn't have been more perfect. The venue looked so elegant & romantic and we were lucky to be blessed with possibly the best day in March to be on the beautiful Sydney Harbour. The staff were very professional and looked after us all so well. The food was fantastic and so many of our guests took the liberty to tell us how impressed they were. Jase & I were so relaxed and truly felt so at ease because you guys had everything well & truly under control. A nice bonus was when the boat closed in at Darling Harbour after the wedding speeches to see the fireworks begin! It was perfect timing as my mothers B'day cake came out at exactly the same time which she will always remember.
