Length of charter
Minimum charter length is 4 hours. Extra time can be organised at an additional cost per hour.

Arrival at the wharf
We recommend that your party arrives at the wharf 30 minutes prior to your charter. The boats need to book the wharves and have a limited time to pick up and drop off your guests.

Preferred pick up and drop off locations
The boat prefers to pick up at Darling Harbour, King Street Wharf or Casino Wharf. No Rose Bay pick ups.

Multiple pick up and drop offs
We do not recommend multiple pick up and drop offs as this can waste a considerable amount of your charter time. Instead, we are happy to supply you with a water taxi contact number that can deliver or pick up guests at their convenience.

Presentation Facilities on board
There are 3 meeting areas on the boat, 2 on the main deck level and 1 on the upper level. These are perfect for presentations and product launches. There is a TV and DVD player on board.

Entertainment options
The boat is equipped with a sound system with a CD player. We encourage you to BYO CDs. With the entertainment set up in the bar area, there is plenty of room to pump up the volume and dance!
The boat is not suitable for live music. However, the boat has its own tender which comes with water-skiing and wake-boarding equipment. There is also a dive compressor on board.

What to bring
As with any outdoor venue, we recommend that your guests dress for the season (i.e. sunscreen and a hat in summer, a warm jacket in winter). Bring your own CDs if you have not booked a DJ.

Booking and Payment
We require a 50% deposit to lock the date for you. Once we have received the deposit payment, we will generate a contract for you with all your details. 2 weeks prior to the charter date we require the balance of the payment. 4 working days prior to the charter date, we require final numbers and the payment for the catering. If you are taking the consumption bar option, we require payment within 5 working days of the charter.
