We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our sales team based at Rose Bay Marina. We represent over 140 boats mainly in Sydney Harbour as well as internationally. Our trustworthy reputation has been built on providing consistently excellent service over 18 years.

As part of a skilful team, the coordinator’s responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Develop relationships with clients
Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
Expand the relationships with existing customers by proposing options that meet their requirements
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints
Development of new markets
Administrative duties

To be successful in this role, you need:
Australian resident
Experience in sales
To have an excellent phone manner
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
The ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
Be self-motivated and results driven
Be well presented as a brand ambassador
Be reliable and prompt
Be trustworthy and honest
Proficient in Office

Desirable qualities include:
Experience in Events and CRM software
Active corporate and / or hospitality industry portfolio
Interest in superyachts and boating industry
Bilingual skills
