NYE BYO Conditions
• Charterer must supply food and beverages
• Ice, platters, cutlery, plates and cups will be provided
• Substantial catering must be brought on board to adhere to liquor licensing laws
• Whilst alcohol is being consumed (minimum 350gm of food per person over 4 hours,
so they will need at least 600 grams per person over 6 hours).
• All BYO leftover items must be taken off at the end of the evening
• Any leftover items not collected will be discarded at no liability of the operator.
