Staff Fees

Additional hour thereafter - $50 ph/ per staff
0 - 50 Guests = 3 staff
51 - 65 Guests = 4 staff
66 - 80 Guests = 5 staff
81 - 115 Guests = 6 staff
115 Guests + = 7 staff

Chef & Assistant Charges
Applicable to all menus - $100 per hour
Minimum 4 hours
