Maximum Passengers
30 passengers is the maximum number allowed on this vessel.
(An infant, regardless of age is considered a passenger.)

Safety
The vessel is currently in survey with the RMS, Roads and Maritime Services, which requires comprehensive safety equipment standards and regular safety checks. Your skipper is a certified qualified skipper. A safety briefing is given to the charter passengers before embarkation and safety gear will be provided if required. All vessels in our fleet are selected for safety, comfort, quality and cleanliness.

The main Saloon on state of the Art has a uniquely adaptable interior. We can seat up to 20 pax. at five tables of four, or up to 14 pax at a single centre table. On the rear deck there is seating for a further 8pax, weather permitting. For seminars or presentations we can seat up to 30 pax in a Theatre style configuration.


Arrival at the wharf
We recommend that your party arrives at the wharf 30 minutes prior to your charter. The boats need to book the wharves and have a limited time to pick up and drop off your guests.

Preferred pick up and drop off locations
This boat can pick up and drop off at most public and private wharves in Sydney Harbour.

Multiple pick up and drop offs
We do not recommend multiple pick up and drop offs as this can waste a considerable amount of your charter time. Instead, we are happy to supply you with a water taxi contact number that can deliver or pick up guests at their convenience.

Presentation Facilities on board
There is a plasma screen in the main saloon which can be used to display presentations. There are also TV, DVD and VCR facilities.

Entertainment Options
There is a CD system on board and this boat has a digital jukebox facility as well.

What is included in the Boat Hire for a charter?
A fully qualified professional crew.

I like a certain type of music. Can I bring my own CD's?
Yes! State of the Art has an extensive CD library but if you wish to bring your private collection we will be happy to play it for you. State of the Art also is also equipped with a DVD and Video player which project onto our 33inch plasma screen TV.

What if it is raining on my proposed charter?
State of the Art can accommodate up to 30pax in the main saloon. And adjoining the saloon there is a covered deck area. Upstairs in the Captain's Lounge we can accommodate a further 9pax Both the saloon and the Captain's Lounge are equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning for climate controlled comfort in any weather conditions.

Booking and Payment
We require a 50% deposit to lock the date for you. Once we have received the deposit payment, we will generate a contract for you with all your details. 2 weeks prior to the charter date we require final numbers and the balance of the payment.
