Freshly shucked oysters served natural with lemon juice and sea salt 
Prosciutto crostini fresh figs with herbed ricotta garlic crisp 
Peking duck pancake with spring onion, cucumber and hoisin sauce 
Yellow fin tuna tartare in a crisp cone with lime zest and creme fraiche 
Roasted tomato arancini filled with mozzarella with garlic aioli 
Lamb and rosemary pie with piquant tomato chutney

3 course dinner menu – served after the 9.00 pm fireworks

Seared quail breast and baby zucchini with orange glaze and baby cress
