Staff Fees

Waitstaff Based on 4-hour Charter 

Cocktail Events - $250 per staff
Additional $50 per staff per hour thereafter
1 staff for every 50 guests

Seated Dining - $250 per staff
Additional $50 per staff per hour thereafter
1 staff for every 20 guests

Chef Fee
Applies to events with under 100 guests
Per 4 hours  -  $550

Security Fee
2 guards required up to 100 Pax - $850
