Notes

Shoes
Sahana has a strict no shoe policy. Carpeted area and seating will be provided for guests to remove their shoes and shoes will be safely stowed on board during the charter.

Alcohol
Shots or doubles won't be served on board the vessel at any time during your charter. Red wine is prohibited to be consumed on saloon carpet and lounge area.

Food
Food is not to be served or consumed on saloon carpet and lounge area.

Vessel Access
Guests won't have access to lower deck or cabins on event charters. Inspections of cabins can be requested during the charter on application with captain or crew.

Smoking
Upon application to the captain at time of charter. Smoking is allowed when vessel is at anchor and only on the swim platform with a crew member in accompaniment.

Swimming
Any swimming activities are to be organised well in advance and prior to charter commencement. A life guard is to be employed for the charter at guest's expense. Should guests wish to participate, alcohol is not to be consumed prior to swimming. Guests to bring their own towels and 20 guests can swim at any one time.

Music
Music volume will be controlled by Sahana's crew. DJ's are required to discuss equipment and set up with captain before charter embarks. A security guard is to be employed when a DJ is used during a charter. Sahana has Spotify, if you would like to bring an iPod or USB with images please do. This will need to be supplied to the crew prior to your charter commencement.

Minimum charter length is 4 hours. Extra time can be organised at an additional cost per hour.

Arrival at the wharf
We recommend that your party arrives at the wharf 30 minutes prior to your charter. The boats need to book the wharves and have a limited time to pick up and drop off your guests.

Preferred pick up and drop off locations
This boat can pick up and drop off at most public and private wharves in Sydney Harbour.

Multiple pick up and drop offs
We do not recommend multiple pick up and drop offs as this can waste a considerable amount of your charter time. Instead, we are happy to supply you with a water taxi contact number that can deliver or pick up guests at their convenience.

Entertainment options
Please ask us for more information and quotes if you require musicians, team building, massages, entertainers or security personnel for example.

This vessel is fully catered. Please browse the menu links below. If you have catering preferences or dietary requirements, please do not hesitate to ask.

Booking and Payment
We require a 50% deposit to lock in your charter date. Once we have received your deposit we will generate a contract for you with all your charter details. 2 weeks prior to the charter date we require final numbers to be confirmed so catering can be ordered and balance is also due. If you are opting for a consumption bar option, we require credit card details and your consumption bar total will be processed at the conclusion of the charter.
