Length of charter
Minimum charter length is 4 hours. Extra time can be organised at an additional cost per hour.

Arrival at the wharf
We recommend that your party arrives at the wharf 30 minutes prior to your charter. The boats need to book the wharves and have a limited time to pick up and drop off your guests.

Multiple pick up and drop offs
We do not recommend multiple pick up and drop offs as this can waste a considerable amount of your charter time. Instead, we are happy to supply you with a water taxi contact number that can deliver or pick up guests at their convenience.

Presentation Facilities on board
TV, VCR, DVD
Already on board is a PA system (with microphone), two separate sound systems on the two deck levels and the facility to watch speeches on live video link up between the two levels.
There is 240v 3 phase power on board. Additional audio visual equipment can be arranged on request.

Entertainment options
There is a CD system on board and this boat has a recommended DJ for an additional cost. Alternatively we can recommend a band, duo or singer/ instrumentalist. Please inquire with the Sydney Harbour Escapes Team for these entertainment options.

On board Ceremony
We suggest that an extra hour is added to your charter if you wish to have the ceremony on board to ensure that you and your guests are given enough time to dine, drink and - celebrate. Please contact us for further details.

Decorations
This vessel offers a beautiful wedding decoration scheme. If you have specific decorations in mind, please speak with the Sydney Harbour Escapes Team.

This vessel offers a range of menus featured under the links below. There are also a variety of bar and beverage options to choose from.

Selection of Menu and Head Count
We require final confirmation of guest numbers as well as meal choices NO LATER THAN 7 working days prior to your cruise. The number advised will be the amount you will be invoiced for. Please note that no refunds are available if fewer guests attend on the day.

Wait staff
Please book in advance of your charter. Please enquire with the Sydney Harbour Escapes Team in regards to numbers and pricing.

BYO options
BYO options are only available on this vessel for religious or dietary reasons.

Bride & groom embarking and disembarking from separate wharf to guests
This is certainly an option, however please note that adding additional wharves to your pick up & drop off points results in less cruising time around the Harbour. A popular alternative is for us to pre–arrange a water taxi for the happy couple.

What to bring
As with any outdoor venue, we recommend that your guests dress for the season (i.e. sunscreen and a hat in summer, a warm jacket in winter). Bring your own CDs if you have not booked a DJ.

Viewing the boat pre-charter
We are more than happy to arrange a time with the owner for you to view the boat before you book. We recommend that our clients view vessels so that they know exactly what the boat has to offer and whether it is suitable for their type of charter.

Booking and Payment
We require a 50% deposit to lock the date for you. Once we have received the deposit payment, we will generate a contract for you with all your details. 2 weeks prior to the charter date we require the balance of the payment. 4 working days prior to the charter date, we require final numbers and the payment for the catering. If you are taking the consumption bar option, we require credit card details and payment within 5 working days of the charter. br/>
