Standing cocktails - 50 guests
Casual buffet - 40 guests
Formal dining - 22 guests

Length of charter
Minimum charter length during peak season (October - January) is 4 hours. A 3 hour rate is available during February - September. Extra time can be organised at additional cost per hour.

Arrival at the wharf
We recommend that your party arrives at the wharf 30 minutes prior to your charter. The boats need to book the wharves and have a limited time to pick up and drop off your guests.

Pick up and drop off locations
There are a number of locations available for pick up and drop off, including King Street Wharf. Please enquire as to a suitable location for your party.

Multiple pick up and drop offs
We do not recommend multiple pick up and drop offs as this can waste a considerable amount of your charter time. Instead, we are happy to supply you with a water taxi contact number that can deliver or pick up guests at their convenience.

Catering Options
Sea Escapes offers a full range of catering from cocktail to buffet dining. No BYO food permitted. A full beverage range is available in a package or on a consumption basis.

What to bring
As with any outdoor venue, we recommend that your guests dress for the season (i.e. sunscreen and hat in summer, a warm jacket in winter). Bring your own portable media device along if you have not booked a DJ.

Booking and Payment
We require a 50% deposit to lock in the date for you. Once we have received the deposit payment we will generate a contract for you with all your charter details. 2 weeks prior to the charter date we require final numbers and the balance of the payment. If you a taking a consumption bar option, we require credit card details and the consumption bar total will be processed at the conclusion of the charter.
