Maximum number of guests
40 passengers is the maximum surveyed number allowed on this vessel.
Note: An infant, regardless of age is considered a passenger.

There are a number of comfortable wrap around leather lounges inside the main cabin and additional chairs and tables are available on the deck space. There is also seating for 12 people on the sun deck and the forward section of the bow has seating for 4 people.

Length of charter
Minimum charter length is 4 hours. Extra time can be organised at an additional cost per hour.

Arrival at the wharf
We recommend that your party arrives at the wharf 30 minutes prior to your charter. The boats need to book the wharves and have a limited time to pick up and drop off your guests.

Preferred pick up and drop off locations
Most wharves in the harbour are accessible, however, this vessel is unable to pick up at Man of War or central Circular Quay.

Multiple pick up and drop offs
We do not recommend multiple pick up and drop offs as this can waste a considerable amount of your charter time. Instead, we are happy to supply you with a water taxi contact number that can deliver or pick up guests at their convenience.

Entertainment options
The boat is equipped with a good quality sound system with a CD player and tape player, so you can play your own selection. This vessel also has 240volt and is suitable for a DJ or duo.

BYO options
We always suggest that you bring boat friendly food that requires the minimum preparation i.e. platter-style cold foods.
There is no bbq on-board but there is a grill, hobs, microwave and oven.
The boat is equipped with a reasonably sized fridge unit. You are permitted to bring along additional coolers if required however old metal ones are not allowed as they damage the boat. It’s a good idea to bring ice with you to your pick up point.
The boat has cutlery, plates and glasses for 42 passengers as well as salad bowls, platters and other basic kitchen items. Please note that a fee may apply for the use of the vessels equipment when charter is self-catered.

This vessel has a range of menus available which we can e-mail you upon request.
As the vessel is licensed, BYO is not allowed.
If there are particular wines, beers and other drinks that you would like to have behind the bar, please just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Wait staff are available for an additional fee. . Please book in advance of your charter.

What to bring
As with any outdoor venue, we recommend that your guests dress for the season (i.e. sunscreen and a hat in summer, a warm jacket in winter). Bring your own CDs if you have not booked a DJ.
Please wear white-soled shoes or non-marking boating shoes.
Strictly no black soled shoes or stiletto-heeled shoes, as this will damage the decking.

Booking and Payment
We require a 50% deposit to lock the date for you. Once we have received the deposit payment, we will generate a contract for you with all your details. 2 weeks prior to the charter date we require the balance of the payment. 4 working days prior to the charter date, we require final numbers and the payment for the catering. If you are taking the consumption bar option, we require payment within 5 working days of the charter.
