Trampolines: There are three key points to using the trampoline. 1. Jump in the middle of the trampoline. 2. Jump only once and with your feet. 3. Lean forward so that you are perpendicular to the angle of the trampoline mat. If you lean back you are increasing the possibility of slipping down the trampoline and colliding with the frame. We ask that you all first jump on the lower trampoline before attempting the gorilla jump to gain some experience.
Rope swing: Hold the rope above the knot and keep the tension. When jumping out, place your feet on top of the knot. Let go of the rope on your way out and not on the return swing to the boat. This is to avoid colliding with the boat on your return swing.
High Jump and Water Slide: Ensure that the water is clear before you jump or enter the waterslide.
