• 2 brands to taste: Koval and Old Sport
- Koval is an American distillery (hence all American whiskeys) and we have 4 different whiskeys to taste with them
- Old Sport - Blended Scotch whiskey with cognac finish (Distillery based in the UK) only one whiskey to taste

 

Price: $80 per person (minimum 10 persons)
Duration: 45 - 75 minutes
Includes food pairing like bread, nuts, chocolate, cheeses and dry meat, tasting stock and glassware.

Gin Masterclass

• 4 brands to taste: Distillery Botanica, Koval, FAIR. and Fisher’s
- Distillery Botanica is one of the most awarded Australian Gins. From the Central Coast
- Koval does gins as well and we have 2 different gins to taste with them
- FAIR. Is a French distillery and we have 2 different gins
- Fisher’s is a unique and rare dry gin from London

 

Price: $80 per person (minimum 10 persons)
Duration: 45 - 75 minutes
Includes snacks, tasting stock, glassware and tonic water (only pairing as is a tasting).
