Refundable Booking
Starting from November 25, 2021, we provide all our customers with Refundable Terms so if you are unable to attend your booking due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, you may be entitled to a refund - please see our full set of Refundable Terms and Conditions here. You may find all instructions on how to apply for a refund online via your booking confirmation email after payment. Postponements are valid for 6 months from the date of the initial charter. Any additional fees/rates that are incurred with a new date chosen are payable
